Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the requests of Medical Expertise Company and Marble Design Company to trade their shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Medical Expertise plans to list 1.05 million shares, representing 30% of its share capital, according to recent bourse disclosures.

On the other hand, Marble Design intends to offer 600,000 shares, accounting for 10% of its share capital.

It is worth noting that the CMA passed the Nomu listing of the two companies on 27 March 2023.
