Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) signed 23 agreements for open purchase with its partners, including real estate developers and contractors, on the sidelines of the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum.
NHC signed the agreements with Exa Alfanar, WangKang Ceramic, Abyat, Madar Building Materials Company, and others to pave the way for contractors and real estate developers and provide the best building materials for construction projects.
Additionally, NHC’s partners concluded 28 agreements to enable developers and contractors to purchase building materials for factories via the Mawad platform which recorded transactions worth SAR 2 billion.
NHC launched the platform to connect service providers with contractors, real estate developers, and local factories easily.
The Real Estate Supply Chain Forum took place on 20 and 21 May with the participation of local and global companies. It aimed to foster cooperation and forge qualitative partnerships with major service providers to boost the growth of the real estate sector and launch more integrated housing projects.
This two-day forum brought together several local and international companies, consultants, contractors, and manufacturers to explore promising cooperation opportunities and discover future projects and ambitious strategies.
