Cairo - Sharikat Mubasher: The Potcast Productions, a leading podcast production startup based in Egypt, closed a pre-seed funding round, with investments from Innovative Media Productions (IMP) and renowned investor Ahmed Tarek Khalil, according to the company’s press release.
This investment represents a significant milestone in TPP’s journey to reshape the podcasting landscape in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The funds will be used to enhance TPP’s content production capabilities, scale its marketing efforts, and expedite the development of new and high-quality podcast series that cater to a diverse and growing audience.
It will also fuel TPP’s plans to produce high-quality audio experiences both digitally and offline, solidifying the company's position as a leader in audio-first content production.
