Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Athir, a leading health technology company in Saudi Arabia, successfully closed its first funding round with participation from Wa’ed Ventures, Share Investment Company, and RZM Investment, the company announced in a statement without revealing the round’s value.
Athir will utilize the proceeds to provide a healthcare system for health service providers, automate health insurance procedures, fuel healthcare transformation in the Kingdom, and create new opportunities in the sector.
Athir aims to expedite healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia by offering a cloud-based Healthcare Information System (HIS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and patient application, serving more than 2.3 million patients and integrating with 14 different systems such as Absher, Sehaty, Seha, Wasfaty, and Alborg.
It targets filling the gap between healthcare service providers, patients, and medical insurance entities by providing an innovative platform that gathers all stakeholders to collaborate and transform the healthcare ecosystem.
