Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Ten new global businesses have shown intentions to opt for King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) as their destination to land their regional headquarters, coming from all over the globe and there are more to come.
Among these brands are, Alstom, Alibaba Cloud, Pfizer, Arthur D. Little, and many others, according to a recent statement by Gautam Krishna Sashittal KAFD CEO.
Speaking of its development plans, Sashittal added that only 50% of KAFD has been utilized, while the remainder 50% will be developed in several stages in the near future.
Notably, the Saudi Ministry of Investment announced last February that it has granted licenses for 450 global investors to launch regional headquarters on the Saudi lands.
Now about 450 regional headquarters settled in the Kingdom thanks to the Regional Headquarters RHQ Program, which is a joint initiative by the RCRC and MISA.
