Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) attracted private sector investments worth more than SAR 7 billion during the third quarter (Q3) of 2024.
Recent figures by Modon showed that the authority concluded 436 logistics contracts and 200 industrial contracts to establish new enterprises in industrial cities across the Kingdom.
Modon further unveiled that the total number of factories in the Kingdom exceeded 6,880 in Q3-24.
Moreover, Jeddah Third Industrial City seized the largest share of contracts with 44 contracts, followed by Al-Kharj Industrial City with 32 contracts, and Sudair City for Industry and Businesses with 31 contracts.
