Mertah selects the most suitable renting platform that comply with laws and regulations in the Saudi Kingdom

Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat: Bandar Al Yahia, Co-Founder of Mertah, a leading company for tourism and travel said that the company seeks to expand its presence in Riyadh, Qassim, then Jeddah and Sharqia for the coming period of time.

In an exclusive interview with Sharikat Mubasher, on the sidelines of Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024, Al Yahia added that Mertah provides various options for clients who are willing to offer their units for rent on renting applications.

The official added that the biggest challenge in the market is the need to realize the highest occupancy rates for the host, so that, Mertah partners with various renting applications, either local or global, such as Booking or Gathern, to ensure pitching the best offers.

Al Yahia asserted that Mertah has a certain standard upon which it selects the most suitable renting platform, on top of which is the necessity to comply with laws and regulations in the Saudi Kingdom.
