According to the Saudi Press Agency, STF will be organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, the Saudi Tourism Authority, and the Tourism Development Fund, under the theme "To Discover."

The forum aims to spotlight emerging and unique tourist destinations across Saudi Arabia, offering attendees innovative experiences while showcasing the nation’s vast tourism potential. With over 100 exhibitors, the event will serve as a comprehensive space to explore the latest trends in the tourism industry, highlight major investment projects, and encourage skill development and partnerships that will accelerate tourism growth.

Hamza Nasser, CEO of 4M Event and Chairman of the Forum’s Organizing Committee, emphasized the forum’s role in fostering collaboration within the sector. He said: "Our goal through the forum is to promote the beauty of Saudi Arabia’s tourist destinations, strengthen cooperation among stakeholders, and highlight investment and development opportunities. This aligns perfectly with the objectives of Vision 2030."
