Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: The 2025 Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) is set to take place on February 1–2 at the Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTIP), showcasing enterprise and innovation through its vibrant Startup Town Zone, powered by du.
The zone will feature over 150 startup pods, where the region’s most innovative ventures can present their solutions and build valuable connections, according to Emirates News Agency - WAM.
A dedicated Investors Lounge, powered by Multiples, will host over 100 investors and facilitate more than 320 meetings, offering startups the chance to connect with mentors and industry experts for guidance and growth.
The Founders Stage will bring together influential industry leaders, including Abdallah Abu Sheikh, Founder of Astratech and CEO of Botim, and Maaz Sheikh, co-founder and CEO of StarzPlay, who will explore innovation in media and entertainment.
Other speakers, such as Mazen Tabbara, CEO of House of Pops, and Charlie Wright, Founder of Humantra, will share insights into the F&B and wellness sectors. Nikita and Rhea Patel, Cofounders of The Bureau, along with Vicky Kukreja, Founder and CEO of Anphonic, will address coworking spaces, female entrepreneurship, and AI-powered e-commerce.
One of the festival’s highlights is the SEF x 1Tank Pitch Competition, which offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to present their ideas and compete for AED 200,000 in grants and potential investor funding of up to AED 500,000.
