Egypt’s Brite launches AI-powered HR platform targeting MENA SMEs

The Cairo startup’s AI-powered platform enters a $34.7M market amid rapid HR digital

Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: Egyptian startup Brite officially launched its AI-driven HR business platform, introducing what it calls the MENA region’s first people-focused HR SaaS solution.

Built to serve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Brite aims to simplify human resource and business operations through automation and data-driven insights, as per the company’s press release.

The all-in-one platform streamlines everything from payroll and attendance to performance management, helping businesses boost efficiency and employee engagement. Mahmoud Abu Sharkh, Managing Director of Brite, said: “Empowered teams drive organisational success. We’ve designed Brite to be a productivity engine for teams.”

The launch comes amid rapid digital adoption in HR across the region. In Egypt, the HR SaaS market is valued at $34.7 million and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 10.6% through 2030. With SMEs making up about 43% of Egypt’s GDP, Brite is positioning itself to meet a growing demand for smarter, scalable HR tools.
