NTDP launched the ‘Future of Living’ proptech accelerator to support 10 startups, in partnership with REGA and Startup Wise Guys

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP) launched the ‘Future of Living’ proptech accelerator through its ‘Empowering Accelerators’ product, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the global accelerator Startup Wise Guys.

Aiming to drive urban-tech innovation across the MENA region, the ‘Future of Living’ accelerator supports 10 proptech startups, including Rensair, Fluix, One Loyalty, BeiT, Unlockland, Ailytics, Algoma, Outcome, and Augrade, as unveiled by the NTDP.

The accelerator was designed to build and support proptech startups and facilitate their access to networks of angel investors and venture capital funds, ultimately increasing their contribution to the national GDP in line with Vision 2030.

Moreover, the program offers specialized training workshops, one-on-one mentoring and advisory sessions, and expert-led development consultations. It grants access to shared workspaces and direct connections between accelerator graduates and potential clients to support their market growth and long-term sustainability.

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based financing firm EDGE Finance Company announced it has obtained an official license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide consumer financing and financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Kingdom.The announcement was shared by the company on LinkedIn, describing the license as a new step toward expanding its role in Saudi Arabia’s financial services sector. The firm indicated that it aims to deliver innovative financial products designed to meet the evolving needs of customers while aligning with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.EDGE Finance also noted that it seeks to become an active contributor to the Kingdom’s national financing ecosystem by supporting businesses and entrepreneurs with tailored financial solutions. The company said it plans to focus on providing flexible and accessible financing services that help clients grow while enhancing overall financial accessibility in the Saudi market.
