Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is set to host the second edition of the Global PropTech Summit in Riyadh on 26 and 27 October, under the theme “Innovation for a Sustainable Future.”

The summit will gather over 100 speakers, real estate developers, investors, consultants, experts, and entrepreneurs from more than 80 countries, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Held under the auspices of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majed Al-Hogail, the event will feature multiple sessions, meetings, and workshops to discuss global trends that drive innovation in the real estate sector and reshape the urban landscape. It will also discuss the future of proptech investment, the latest digital innovations in asset ownership, and the pivotal role of predictive AI in advancing the sector.

The Global PropTech Summit 2025 will also showcase the global practices in adopting technology and sustainability in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, strengthening the Saudi capital’s position as a leading hub for advancements in the proptech field.
