Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: anb capital entered a new partnership with Lexham Partners to establish a $200 million fund aimed at supporting leading technology companies across the MENA region.
According to an official press release, the fund will invest in growth-stage and pre-IPO businesses through secondary transactions and growth equity, focusing on firms with strong fundamentals and scalable platforms. Its strategy aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda.
By channeling institutional capital, the fund aims to expand growth financing, bolster the region’s venture ecosystem, and accelerate the development of MENA capital markets.
