Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has signed a strategic partnership with South Korea’s National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) to advance collaboration in artificial intelligence, ICT, and startup expansion.
The agreement was announced during DMCC’s ‘Made For Trade’ Live roadshow in Seoul, which gathered 130 Korean government and business leaders, as per a recent press release.
Under the deal, DMCC will provide Korean startups with access to capital, market entry support, and integration into its growing tech ecosystem in Dubai.
The move builds on DMCC’s role as a launchpad for South Korean firms into the Middle East, with over 110 companies already based in its district. It also aligns with the UAE–Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), which is set to deepen bilateral trade and investment ties.
