PayTabs pacts with Cuzdan to advance digital payments in Azerbaijan

PayTabs partnered with Cuzdan to advance digital payment ecosystem in Azerbaijan

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: PayTabs Group, a leading payment orchestration platform in the MENA region, partnered with Cuzdan, one of Azerbaijan’s fast-emerging financial institutions, to transform the country’s payments landscape.

Through this partnership, Cuzdan will launch a nationwide payment orchestration platform built on PayTabs technology to drive financial inclusion and enable merchants and consumers to transact with greater speed, security, and convenience, according to a recent statement by PayTabs Group.

The new platform will allow merchants across Azerbaijan to onboard quickly, accept payments securely, and offer customers more choices in how they pay, introducing several features, capabilities, and innovative use cases.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of PayTabs and Cuzdan to empowering businesses of every size and giving consumers greater choice and confidence in how they pay.

Commenting on this partnership, Abdulaziz Al Jouf, CEO and Founder of PayTabs Group, said: “With this hallmark partnership, Azerbaijan officially becomes part of PayTabs’ operational map, reinforcing the Group’s mission to power every digital transaction across the GCC, Levant, North Africa, and Central Asia. Meanwhile, Hany Soliman, Chief Growth and Development Officer at PayTabs Group, emphasized the group’s role in enabling Cuzdan to accelerate financial inclusion, support economic growth, and deliver world-class digital payment experiences to businesses and consumers in Azerbaijan.

Via this milestone, Cuzdan aims to revolutionize Azerbaijan’s payments landscape by enabling SMEs to scale, corporates to streamline, and enterprises to innovate while giving consumers simpler access to secure digital payment services.

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Small and Medium Enterprise Bank (SME Bank) plans to finalize 19 partnership agreements exceeding SAR 3 billion during the Development Finance Conference (MOMENTUM 2025), according to the official spokesman, Yasser Al-Hakami.The agreements aim to empower the SME finance sector and promote financing opportunities in partnership with commercial banks, financing companies, and the private sector, Al-Hakami revealed in an interview with the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on the sidelines of the event.Along with finalizing strategic agreements, the bank participates in MOMENTUM 2025 to empower the SME sector and reaffirm Saudi Arabia’s leading position in the finance ecosystem, notably in development finance, Al-Hakami noted.The National Development Fund (NDF) organizes MOMENTUM 2025 from 9 to 11 December, gathering princes, ministers, high-ranking officials, CEOs, global leaders, development experts, and economists.It underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to driving sustainable development, embodying the NDF's role in supporting comprehensive development transformation and enhancing integration among national development funds and banks.
