
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce issued more than 128,000 commercial registers by the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, according to its recent report.
The report revealed that Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern provinces accounted for 70% of registers issued in Q3-25, while female-owned organizations received 49% of the total number.
The Riyadh Province secured 49,733 commercial registers, while the Eastern Province received 21,524 registers, followed by the Makkah Province with 19,376 registers.
The construction sector led the list with 67,132 commercial registers, representing 39% of registers issued in Q3-25, followed by the wholesale and retail sector with 25,142 registers.
Additionally, the number of existing e-commerce registers reached 41,816 by the end of Q3-25, marking a 5% increase compared to 39,769 registers in Q3-24.
Similarly, existing virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) registers jumped by 59% to hit 10,492, compared to 6,597 registers in Q3-24.
Moreover, the number of existing logistics registers rose by 49% to 22,290 in Q3-25 from 14,880 registers in Q3-24.
