
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: During GITEX Global 2025, Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, and Ezditek, a leading Saudi developer and operator of digital infrastructure, announced the signing of a Technical Cooperation Agreement to jointly develop and deploy advanced, AI-ready data center solutions in Saudi Arabia.
As per an official press release, the partnership is designed to accelerate the Kingdom’s digital transformation and strengthen its role as a regional hub for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
By combining Vertiv’s global expertise in critical infrastructure with Ezditek’s regional experience, the collaboration will deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready data center technologies.
Ibrahim Almulhim, CEO of Ezditek, said the partnership represents a milestone in establishing world-class AI-ready infrastructure that links Saudi cities with global technology hubs and supports the country’s growing digital economy.
Tassos Peppas, Regional Director for Vertiv in the Middle East, Turkey, and Central Asia, added that the cooperation will enable both companies to deliver cutting-edge data center solutions capable of meeting the rising demand for AI-driven computing and high-performance IT workloads.
The agreement reinforces Vertiv and Ezditek’s shared commitment to building a robust, next-generation digital infrastructure ecosystem that supports Saudi Arabia’s ambitions for technological leadership and innovation.
