
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Community Jameel Saudi and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment ecosystems in the Kingdom.
The agreement was announced on the sidelines of the Start Smart Investment Forum 2026, where both entities outlined plans to launch a series of joint programs and initiatives aimed at fostering technological advancement and startup growth.
As part of the collaboration, the two organizations also revealed the second edition of the Jameel DeepTech Initiative. The program is designed to accelerate the commercialization of scientific innovations, particularly in high-impact sectors such as healthcare, energy, environment, and climate.
The move reflects growing efforts in Saudi Arabia to bridge the gap between research and market-ready solutions, while strengthening the role of deep technology in driving sustainable economic development.
