The solution combines research, drafting, and payments into a single streamlined system

Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Legaline has officially launched in the UAE, positioning itself as the country’s first AI-native, full-cycle legaltech platform designed to digitize and streamline legal services from start to finish.

As per a recent press release by the company, the platform combines a suite of tools into a single workflow, allowing clients to post legal requests with a budget while licensed lawyers compete through a closed bidding process. Negotiations, document drafting, signing, and payments are all handled through the platform, supported by real-time translation across English, Arabic, and Russian.

Built on an in-house AI infrastructure, Legaline also offers research assistants for legal professionals, automated document generation, and access to a large database of UAE legal materials spanning federal laws, emirate regulations, and key jurisdictions, including Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market.

The launch comes amid rapid growth in the UAE’s legal sector, where increasing regulatory complexity and demand for faster, tech-enabled services are driving innovation. Legaline said its platform is tailored to local market needs, particularly for solo practitioners and mid-sized firms, rather than being adapted from international systems.

The company is opening registrations for UAE-licensed lawyers as it prepares for regional expansion across the Middle East.
