Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based property portal Bayut announced it has launched a property search app on ChatGPT, becoming the first real estate platform from the UAE to integrate with the AI-powered platform.
As per the company’s press release, the new app allows users to search for properties through natural language conversations instead of relying solely on traditional search filters. Users can describe their preferred location, budget, property type, size, or number of bedrooms and receive matching property listings directly through ChatGPT.
Bayut said the integration is designed to make property discovery more intuitive and accessible for buyers, renters, and property seekers by bringing real estate search into a conversational AI environment.
The launch follows approval through OpenAI’s app submission process, which assesses applications based on usability, conversational design, and overall user value.
Commenting on the launch, Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and dubizzle, said changing user behavior is driving greater adoption of AI-powered platforms for research and decision-making. He noted that the new app enables users to search for properties in a more natural and intuitive way while reflecting the UAE’s growing role as a hub for technology and innovation.
The Bayut app is available globally through ChatGPT on desktop, mobile browsers, and the ChatGPT mobile application.
