The new platform enables technicians to create verified digital asset registers using AI in minutes

Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Dubai-based HITEK AI, part of the Farnek Group, announced the launch of CONDTEK, an AI-powered platform designed to automate the creation of verified digital asset registers for buildings, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual audits.

As per the Company’s press release, CONDTEK enables field technicians to generate condition-graded digital records by simply capturing a few photos of an asset and recording a voice note in any language. The platform uses artificial intelligence to identify and classify assets, assess their condition, assign criticality ratings, and recommend maintenance actions within minutes.

The solution is designed to help building owners, developers, and facility managers reduce survey costs while improving the accuracy of asset data. According to HITEK AI, verified records can be reviewed by supervisors before being integrated into a live asset register.

CONDTEK operates on HITEK AI's Maestro platform and integrates with the company's facility management and predictive maintenance solutions, enabling organizations to optimize maintenance planning, improve energy efficiency, and support smarter asset lifecycle management across commercial real estate portfolios.
