
Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Ajman Bank announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Numou, a UAE-based digital financing marketplace and subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), to explore ways of cooperation on Shari’ah-compliant financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
As per a recent press release, the partnership will focus on SME financing, digital integration, and embedded finance, with both organizations seeking to simplify access to funding, streamline customer onboarding, and address the evolving financing needs of UAE businesses.
Under the MoU, Ajman Bank and Numou will explore solutions including procurement financing, invoice financing, working capital facilities, business account opening, API connectivity, and embedded financing journeys. The two sides will also assess joint ecosystem and co-marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the UAE’s SME sector.
The collaboration combines Ajman Bank’s banking capabilities with Numou’s digital financing platform to create more seamless financing journeys and improve SMEs’ access to capital.
The agreement reflects both organizations’ focus on supporting entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and sustainable economic growth through technology-enabled Islamic financial solutions.
Both parties said they will continue evaluating initiatives to strengthen SME financing and contribute to the development of the UAE’s financial services ecosystem.
