
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Aramco Ventures, the venture capital arm of Saudi Aramco, announced it has made a strategic investment in DeepCtrls, a Physical AI company developing intelligent control solutions for complex industrial systems.
As per a recent press release by both companies, the investment was part of DeepCtrls’ Series B+ financing round, led by CATL, with participation from Aramco Ventures, Taiping Innovation Investment, GF Xinde Investment Management and Fosun Capital. Existing investors Source Code Capital and Forebright Capital also increased their investments.
DeepCtrls develops AI-powered technologies designed to help energy and computing infrastructure predict, optimize, and autonomously operate complex physical systems. Its proprietary PhyAI Physical AI Engine is designed to improve energy efficiency and the interaction between energy and computing infrastructure.
The company said it serves hundreds of enterprise customers globally, including Tencent, ByteDance, NVIDIA, TSMC, LG and PTT, with deployments across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. DeepCtrls plans to use the new funding to advance its Physical AI technology and scale its industrial impact globally.
