Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Numou, an Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) subsidiary, has partnered with Comera Financial Holding (CFH), part of Abu Dhabi’s Royal Group, to expand access to financing and payment solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UAE.
Under the partnership, CFH’s financial products will be made available through Numou’s digital marketplace, giving SMEs access to working capital, supply chain finance, business account opening and digital payment solutions, according to a recent press release.
CFH’s portfolio includes business lending through Comera Finance, digital payments and merchant solutions through Comera Pay, and supply chain finance through Comera Money.
The agreement was signed at ADGM by Mohamed Al Binali, General Manager of Numou, and Akhtar Saeed Hashmi, CEO of Comera Financial Holding.
The partnership will enable SMEs to access financing to purchase inventory, pay suppliers, and manage cash flow between delivering products or services and receiving payments. Business account opening and digital payment services will also support day-to-day financial operations.
The companies said the collaboration aims to provide SMEs with broader access to financial services through a single digital platform and support their growth across different stages of development.
