WalaPlus, Lumofy to upskill Saudi workforce

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: WalaPlus, a leading provider of employee and customer happiness and loyalty programs, forged a strategic partnership with Lumofy to upgrade Saudi workforce skills.

Under this partnership, both entities will join efforts to deliver high-quality development programs to enhance employee skills in the Saudi labor market, according to the company’s press release.

The partnership agreement was signed by Jameel Douglas, Partnerships Department Manager at WalaPlus, and Nayef Al-Obathani, General Manager and Human Resources Consultant at Lumofy.

WalaPlus clients will be able to explore innovative solutions designed to develop their skills, improve their performance, and achieve their career goals, leveraging Lumofy’s digital content library, which contains over 100,000 training courses.

The courses are designed to cater to the requirements of each job title and the organization's specific orientation.

Douglas stated that the partnership will enable WalaPlus to enhance its programs aimed at increasing employee loyalty by delivering innovative training solutions.

He noted that the partnership highlights the shared commitment of WalaPlus and Lumofy to excellence and innovation in human resource development.
