Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: REFA, the Saudi property technology (proptech) company, collaborated with several entities in various sectors to enhance the proptech industry in the Kingdom, Altaib Al Domairi, Founder and CEO of REFA, told Sharikat Mubasher in an interview held on the sidelines of 24 Fintech.

He noted that REFA focuses on easing financial burdens on customers by helping them pay rent for residential units through one-year installments, without additional fees or interests.

Al Domairi emphasized the importance of developing more financing solutions that cater to the unit’s owner and renter alike as the new projects in Riyadh will lead to an increase in the current number of residential units.

24 Fintech took place in Riyadh from 3 to 5 September, with the participation of more than 300 exhibitors and over 350 investors. It gathered regulatory bodies, policymakers, investors, technology experts, and industry leaders from around the world.
