Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NEOM, aiming to enhance ways of cooperation and exchanging expertise in research and innovation within the data and AI sector.
The MoU was signed by Abdullah bin Sharaf Alghamdi, SDAIA President, and Nadhmi Al Nasr, CEO of NEOM on the sidelines of the third edition of The Global AI Summit (GAIN) hosted by Saudi Arabia from 10th to 11th of September.
This cooperation embodies the huge efforts exerted to foster integration between both public and private sectors, which comes in line with Vision 2030.
Through these partnerships, SDAIA seeks to back up and encourage all business sectors on mutual cooperation and support digital economy and innovation in fields of artificial intelligence (AI) which contributes to enhancing the position of the Kingdom and achieving its economic aspirations related to information, data, and AI sectors.
