Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Ali Omar, Sales Director at Value First For Telecommunications told Sharikat Mubasher that the company is keen on elevating its clients' experience by all possible means, by improving the quality of its services regularly, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

He made his remarks on the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 Conference, which kicked off today in Riyadh City and runs from 22 to 24 October.

In addition, Value First targets reducing the costs of manpower by 70%, Omar continues, as it replaces employees with automated answering machines, relying on chatbots to answer inquiries of the clients around the clock so, a customer thinks he is actually dealing with a human being interacting with him regarding his concerns.

Omar further addressed the challenges that Value First mostly meets, stating that one of the most significant ones is convincing businesses working with old systems who are incapable or find difficulties in adopting new ones to transform into the most advanced solutions in the market.

ValueFirst is a global CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), connecting businesses with their consumers over telecom (SMS and Voice) and internet (Chatbot, Email, OTT) channels.

Running until 24 October, Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 is expected to welcome around 10,000 visitors and more than 350 expert speakers who will share insights on crucial topics such as fintech innovations, digital payments, e-commerce strategies, and the transformation of retail experiences.
