
Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Wati, a leading global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider headquartered in Hong Kong, plans to connect with payment gateways during the current quarter of 2024 or the first quarter (Q1) of 2025 to enable customers to make purchases via WhatsApp, Senior Sales Executive Ali Srour told Sharikat Mubasher.
On the sidelines of Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024, Srour revealed that Wati plans to integrate with ChatGPT in the near future.
As an official partner of Meta, Wati aims to enhance the way businesses communicate with customers via WhatsApp and Instagram, Srour noted.
He elaborated that Wati recently launched Wati KnowBot, an AI-powered knowledge chatbot, to enable businesses to automate the process of answering repetitive and frequently asked queries from their customers.

With a network including over 165 active partners, Wati helps businesses grow through personalized conversations with customers with an easy-to-use customer engagement software that is built on WhatsApp Business API.
