Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi real estate developer, Maqar, plans to launch various real estate projects during the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, according to CEO Ali Abdelrazik Alattiya.
Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Forum 2025 (RFF 2025), the CEO revealed that the upcoming projects will include furnished and unfurnished administrative offices, a variety of residential units, commercial stores, and diverse storage spaces.
He noted that the company aims to bring global expertise to the local market by supporting foreign companies in entering the Saudi market, aligning with Vision 2030’s objectives.
Alattiya further highlighted that Maqar offers an extensive range of real estate services and solutions for the business sector to help companies seamlessly find administrative offices, residential units, and logistics zones, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including artificial intelligence (AI).
Additionally, the official stated that Maqar participated in the RFF 2025 to explore the latest advancements and trends shaping this dynamic market.
The RFF 2025, held in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, gathers global industry leaders, policymakers, and investors. Featuring over 300 speakers from 85 countries, the event focuses on innovation, sustainability, and investment strategies that are reshaping the global property market, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.
