Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based Lumi AI announced raising $3.7 million in seed funding, led by Silicon Valley-based AgFunder, with participation from Forum Ventures, ADQ, Qora71, and several angel investors.
The funding will fuel Lumi AI's expansion, focusing on engineering, customer success, and enhancing its platform's ability to handle complex supply chain data, as per the company’s press release.
Lumi AI's platform simplifies data analysis for businesses by enabling users to extract insights from ERP data without coding. Its solution aims to help companies unlock hidden value and improve productivity through a chat-driven interface that functions like a personal data analyst. Users can explore data, generate visuals, and obtain tailored insights using plain language.
Despite heavy investments in business intelligence tools, businesses with supply chains often face slow and manual analytics processes. Lumi AI addresses this with a proprietary analytics engine designed to manage routine data tasks efficiently. Its multi-agent system can handle diverse queries, from simple requests to more complex or vague data inquiries.
Ibrahim Ashqar, CEO and Co-Founder of Lumi AI said: "We founded Lumi AI to break down the barriers between businesses and their data. With this funding, we’re accelerating our mission to help companies democratize access to intelligence and transform decision-making at scale."
