
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Alareeb Holding Company successfully secured an 80% majority stake in Two Side Production, a Saudi-based company specializing in audiovisual content, as part of its strategy to strengthen its footprint in the media industry.
In a statement, Alareeb stated that the acquisition will enhance its ability to produce innovative content for local and regional markets.
The deal was finalized in the presence of Ahmed Al-Obaid, Chairman of Alareeb Holding, and Abdullah Al Harbi, CEO of Two Side Production.
This move aligns with Alareeb’s vision to expand into high-value creative sectors while reinforcing its media production capabilities amid rapid digital transformation. The company aims to deliver advanced media content in line with global trends, supporting Saudi Vision 2030’s goals to elevate the Kingdom’s media sector.
Commenting on the deal, Al-Obaid described the acquisition as a "major milestone" in Alareeb’s strategy to boost investments in media. He emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, audience-driven content while enhancing the Saudi media sector’s competitiveness locally and globally.
For his part, Albaraa Alrajhi, Co-founder of Two Side Production, stated that the partnership will enable the company to scale its production capabilities and accelerate growth.
It is worth mentioning that Alareeb Holding recently acquired a majority stake in Vision Talent and Future Integrated Management (FIM).
