Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: Fawry, Egypt’s foremost fintech provider, announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to integrate Microsoft 365 and Copilot into its Fawry Business suite, creating a unified platform of productivity and financial services tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Under the partnership, Fawry will embed Microsoft 365’s core applications—Word, Excel, Teams—and the AI-powered Copilot assistant alongside its payroll management, medical insurance, point-of-sale transactions, cash-collection services, and investment offerings via the Fawry Yawmy Fund, according to a press release.

Microsoft Egypt will train Fawry’s sales force on both the productivity suite and Copilot capabilities, ensuring they can effectively introduce and support the bundled solutions to SME clients.

Implementation partner KlayyTech will oversee the technical deployment, manage integration, and provide ongoing support so that businesses can seamlessly adopt these tools with minimal disruption.

Ashraf Sabry, CEO of Fawry, said: “By merging Microsoft 365 with our financial services, we’re delivering an all-in-one solution that streamlines operations, boosts efficiency, and fuels sustainable growth for Egypt’s SME sector. This collaboration accelerates our mission to drive digital transformation and financial inclusion under Egypt’s broader economic vision.”

Mirna Arif, General Manager of Microsoft Egypt, added: “Our goal is to equip SMEs with advanced technologies that enhance productivity, security, and agility. Partnering with Fawry allows us to bring Microsoft 365 directly into the hands of businesses that need it most.”

Together, Fawry, Microsoft, and KlayyTech aim to ignite a new phase of digital empowerment for Egyptian SMEs, reinforcing Egypt’s standing as a regional hub for innovation and inclusive economic growth.
