
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL) announced signing a cooperation agreement with Silk Way Airlines to provide cargo handling and ground services for Silk Way’s aircraft at SAL-operated stations across the Kingdom.
According to the announcement on SAL’s X account, the collaboration will help streamline freight logistics at key airports, enabling both companies to meet growing regional and international demand for air cargo services.
SAL is a leading provider of integrated logistics and air cargo services in Saudi Arabia, operating at more than 18 airports across the Kingdom. As part of the country's logistics sector transformation under Vision 2030, SAL plays a key role in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s position as a global logistics hub.
Silk Way Airlines is one of Azerbaijan’s flagship cargo carriers, specializing in freight transport across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Headquartered in Baku, the airline operates a fleet of wide-body freighters and is known for its extensive international network and strong presence in cargo transit corridors.
The new partnership marks a step forward in cross-border logistics and is expected to strengthen air cargo links between the Gulf and Central Eurasia.
