Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Parsons Corporation announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Startup Wise Guys, a firm with a growing presence in Saudi Arabia, during the Construction Technology Festival in Riyadh.

The agreement aims to support pilot projects and foster joint ecosystem development as part of Parsons’ ongoing innovation efforts in the Kingdom, as per the company’s press release.

Under the partnership, Startup Wise Guys will become an official Proof-of-Concept partner for Parsons’ NeoCity Program, launched in 2024 to support the growth of construction technology startups in Saudi Arabia. The program is backed by the Real Estate General Authority and the National Technology Development Program under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

Martin Boson, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Parsons in Saudi Arabia, said the collaboration reinforces Parsons’ commitment to nurturing innovation and integrating AI-powered solutions into construction workflows. He added that the company’s focus on emerging technologies continues to enhance efficiency, design accuracy, and sustainability across projects.

Aya Zaghnin, Managing Partner at Startup Wise Guys, noted that the partnership will accelerate innovation in Saudi Arabia’s real estate and infrastructure sectors, aligning with Vision 2030 goals to develop smarter, more connected cities.
