
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: sirar by stc signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Microsoft during Black Hat MEA 2025 to expand cooperation in cybersecurity and strengthen Saudi Arabia’s digital resilience.
The agreement was announced as sirar by stc, a subsidiary of stc Group, participated in the cybersecurity event, where both sides outlined plans to enhance protection standards for public and private sector entities and support their digital transformation efforts.
The MoU aims to build a stronger cybersecurity ecosystem in the Kingdom by combining sirar by stc’s local expertise with Microsoft’s global technological capabilities. The collaboration will focus on three main tracks: developing advanced security services based on modern cyber-defense technologies, delivering integrated solutions tailored to different sectors, and enabling technical and administrative teams through joint programs designed to raise awareness of advanced cybersecurity practices and data protection.
The partnership will also expand communication channels between the two companies to improve integration, support joint workstreams, and elevate the quality of security offerings provided to clients.
