Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: Dubai Founders HQ entered a partnership with Mastercard, with support from Pemo, a UAE-based spend management platform, to launch a financial solution designed to help startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve cash flow, reduce costs and streamline expense management.

As reported by WAM, the new offering provides eligible businesses with more than AED10,000 in first-year value, including up to 2% cashback on eligible foreign exchange and advertising spending, complimentary access to Pemo's expense management platform, Mastercard-powered corporate cards, and a range of business benefits.

The integrated platform enables founders to issue corporate cards, set spending controls, automate receipt collection, monitor company expenses in real time, and connect with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho.

According to the partners, participating businesses can typically recover between AED500 and AED1,200 per month in previously untracked spending, reduce administrative workloads by more than 60 hours each month through automated expense management, and shorten month-end financial closing processes from as long as nine days to three days.

The initiative supports the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and Mastercard's Strategic Digital City Partnership with the Dubai Government by strengthening the financial infrastructure available to startups and SMEs.
