Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher:  CapQuest, a Dubai-based equity management platform provider, announced it raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office to support product development and commercial expansion.

As per a recent press release, the company plans to use the new funding to increase automation, enhance its equity management tools, and expand its commercial operations.

Founded in 2023 by Antoine Bruna, Marco Banfi, and Anvita Varshney, CapQuest helps startups and established businesses manage ownership structures, capitalization tables, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), vesting schedules, fundraising transactions, and shareholder communications.

Since its launch, CapQuest has expanded its international presence, serving companies across 11 countries, primarily in the Middle East, Europe, and emerging markets.
