Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The global technology giant Dell Technologies is gearing up to open its logistics center in Saudi Arabia next December, as stated by Senior Vice President for Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Mohammed Amin.
The new center will be the first of its kind in the region and is expected to raise the company’s market share by around 5%, Amin revealed in an interview with Asharq Business on the sidelines of GITEX Global 2024.
Earlier this year, Dell Technologies unveiled its plans to open a manufacturing and order fulfillment center in the Kingdom.
The center will enable Dell to provide supply, maintenance, and support services to its clients in the Middle East in a shorter time.
On the other side, Amin noted that the company is set to sign cooperation agreements during GITEX Global 2024 without revealing further details.
GITEX Global 2024 takes place in Dubai from 14 to 18 October, gathering tech enterprises, governments, investors, experts, startups, and academic institutions from around the globe.
