Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Global PropTech Summit, organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), kicked off, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The summit is held under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the REGA Board of Directors Majed Al-Hogail and conducted in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The event will feature prominent figures, experts, and specialists from the real estate and PropTech industries. More than 100 speakers from 80 countries will share their experiences, insights, and perspectives with thought leaders, CEOs of major real estate and PropTech companies, and investors from around the world.
REGA’s official Spokesperson Taiseer Al-Mofrraj stated that the summit will host leading real estate platforms, fintech companies, entrepreneurs, consulting firms, training institutes, and developers. It will also include several launches and agreements aimed at advancing the real estate technology sector.
Key topics at the summit include the legislative framework for real estate technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the future of PropTech, and the transformative power of 3D printing from design to reality. The summit serves as a platform for global partnerships, providing a gateway for emerging and established companies to showcase their innovative solutions in real estate and connect with investors and venture capitalists.
Al-Mofrraj added that the summit will delve into the digital transformation journey within the real estate sector and the impact of emerging technologies on PropTech's future. Discussions will cover advancements in modern construction technologies, the role of virtual reality and artificial intelligence in shaping real estate processes, and PropTech solutions for urban development. These discussions aim to foster smarter investment decisions and enhance financial sustainability.
The summit will also emphasize PropTech’s role in supply chain management, predictive analytics, and risk management. Accompanying the summit is a real estate technology exhibition featuring local and international companies and technology providers. The exhibition will showcase innovations and future visions for the industry in line with the strategic objectives of Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, in accordance with Vision 2030.
