Galal further affirmed the crucial role of AI in enhancing customers' experiences as AI-backed agents can respond within 20 seconds, handle almost 1,000 customers at the same time, and provide personalized conversations per customer.
Founded in Egypt in 2013, Awfar started its operations in the Saudi market three years ago as a leading logistics service provider for the retail industry.
