Prop-AI secured $1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round to expand its regional data integration and develop AI capabilities

Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: The Dubai-headquartered AI-powered platform, Prop-AI, successfully secured $1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Plus VC, with participation from leading venture capital firms Joa Capital, Select Ventures, Oraseya Capital, and Plug & Play, alongside strategic angel investors and family offices from Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Prop-AI will utilize the new capital to expand its regional data integration, continue developing its tech and AI capabilities, and forge key partnerships with real estate developers, brokerages, and financial institutions across the MENA region and beyond, the company unveiled in a statement yesterday.

The platform revolutionizes the way people discover, evaluate, and purchase real estate by automating and enhancing property searches, evaluations, and presentations, harnessing advanced AI and machine learning to help all users make confident decisions in complex and fast-paced markets.

Christian Kunz, Co-founder of Prop-AI, said: “This funding marks a key milestone in our journey to build the most trusted AI infrastructure for real estate. We're focused on the launch of our highly anticipated Prop-AI Business platform and APIs for real estate professionals and introducing the region’s most advanced Agentic AI for Real Estate within the coming months.”

Prop-AI rolls out a revamped UI/UX and powerful new features, including an interactive investor map pulling in all key data for investors and owners, making it easier to navigate the complex real estate landscape intuitively and backed with data.

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Expo 2030 Riyadh’s Registration Dossier received final approval during the Bureau International Des Expositions (BIE) General Assembly in Paris, marking the final step in confirming Saudi Arabia as the official host country for the upcoming Expo. As part of the proceedings, BIE handed over the World Expo flag to the Saudi delegation, according to a recent statement by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).The approval of the Registration Dossier unlocks the next phase of formal preparations for Riyadh Expo 2030, which includes extending official invitations to international participants through diplomatic channels. Set to take place from 1 October 2030 to 31 March 2031, Riyadh Expo 2030 will be one of the largest Expos ever, held on a six million square meter site.The site is designed to welcome over 40 million visits through world-class infrastructure, hospitality venues, and cutting-edge facilities, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all participants and visitors, with a target of more than 195 participating nations.
