
Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: In an interview with Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the Money20/20 Middle East Conference, Bashayer Al Sari, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rushd PropTech, announced that the company plans to deepen its presence in the Saudi market as an initial step before expanding across the wider GCC region.
Al Sari described Rushd as a PropTech startup delivering innovative, end-to-end solutions for property and short-term rental management. Its offerings include a Smart Rental Operating System and real estate investment management software designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
She explained that Rushd’s participation in the conference highlights the company’s latest payment innovations, noting that every property owner on the platform is assigned a unique QR code. This feature enables seamless payment flows, provides analytical insights, and tracks the return on investment generated by partnering with Rushd’s advanced, AI-driven management system.
Al Sari emphasized that Rushd’s growth strategy aligns with the Saudi Ministry of Tourism’s Vision 2030 objective of digitizing the hospitality sector and extending this digital transformation to markets across the broader region.
The Money20/20 Middle East conference took place from 15 to 17 September 2025 under the patronage of Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan, with participation from the Financial Sector Development Program, the Saudi Central Bank, the Capital Market Authority, and the Insurance Authority.
The event gathered more than 350 speakers, 450 brands, and 600 investors from over 40 countries, highlighting trends such as AI in financial services, open banking, instant payments, and data governance.
