Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi HR-tech startup SBR, an AI-powered recruitment platform, signed a memorandum of understanding with Jisr, one of the Kingdom’s leading HR and financial management platforms, in a move to accelerate digital transformation in the labor market.
As per a recent press release, the partnership aims to reshape recruitment processes by developing advanced solutions that enable companies to rely on accurate data, reducing time and costs in selecting candidates while ensuring faster, more effective hiring outcomes.
SBR was built to simplify hiring through AI-driven tools that shorten candidate screening and interviews, apply standardized criteria, and minimize human bias to ensure fairer recruitment. Since launching its prototype in August with more than 20 partner companies, SBR has focused on addressing key challenges in Saudi hiring, from ineffective CV-based screening to wasted time in mismatched interviews.
By teaming up with Jisr, the startup is taking a strategic step to expand its impact, offering businesses more accurate hiring and young job seekers wider opportunities. SBR says the collaboration will contribute to building a smarter, data-driven employment ecosystem aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
