Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: MoneyHash, the payment orchestration platform operating across emerging and global markets, partnered with WalaOne, Saudi Arabia’s multi-partner digital loyalty wallet, to simplify how merchants integrate and deliver rewards to customers.
Under the agreement, WalaOne’s loyalty wallet becomes accessible through MoneyHash’s unified API, the same infrastructure that merchants use to activate payment gateways, wallets, or BNPL providers, as per a recent press release issued by MoneyHash.
The move eliminates the need for individual integrations, separate contracts, or custom-built loyalty logic, allowing businesses to plug in loyalty capabilities as part of their existing payment setup.
MoneyHash said the partnership strengthens its portfolio of loyalty solutions and value-added services, giving Saudi merchants more flexibility to test and scale rewards programs without additional technical effort. Abdullah El Khayat, MoneyHash’s GM and Country Director in Saudi Arabia, noted that loyalty is increasingly central to customer retention, adding that the integration provides “a direct path to activate meaningful loyalty experiences without operational overhead.”
WalaOne, which aggregates points from multiple programs and converts them into rewards, discounts, airline miles, or purchase credits, described the collaboration as a natural fit. Obadah Khaled, Head of Business Unit at WalaOne in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, said the tie-up allows the company to “expand value to a wider ecosystem” and help merchants enhance engagement without tackling technical complexity.
