
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: eMushrif, a regional leader in technology-driven school transportation, has closed a $7.5 million funding round led by Jasoor Ventures, with participation from Phaze Ventures, ITHCA Group, IDO Investments, Annex Investments, and other investors.
According to the company's press release, this funding will support eMushrif’s expansion into Saudi Arabia and the UAE, while continuing to enhance operations and product development in Oman and Kuwait, where the company already serves over 150,000 students across public and private schools.
Founded in 2017, eMushrif uses AI, IoT, and real-time data platforms to improve school transportation safety and efficiency, offering vehicle tracking, automated attendance, safety alerts, route optimization, and operational oversight for schools, parents, and transport operators.
Adnan Alshuaili, CEO of eMushrif, said the investment positions the company to reach more students, enhance operator efficiency, and deliver greater safety and peace of mind to parents, noting the global school transport tech market is rapidly growing.
