Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The third edition of the Global PropTech Summit is scheduled to take place in Riyadh on 25 and 26 October, bringing together 200 speakers and 100 exhibitors from 85 countries.

The summit, hosted by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), will feature over 50 panel discussions and 40 specialized workshops showcasing the latest innovations and technology-based solutions shaping the future of the real estate industry, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Hosting the summit in Riyadh reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing the real estate sector and accelerating the adoption of innovative property technologies.

With the theme ‘Scaling Intelligence,’ the Global PropTech Summit 2026 will cover key themes, including AI in asset management and operations; practical applications of digital twins, immersive real estate experiences; digital platforms and marketplaces; smart and sustainable assets; human-centered real estate technologies; and the Kingdom's role as a leading testing environment for emerging robotics technologies.
