Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Mayo Clinic, the US-based academic medical center, announced it has opened a patient representative office in Riyadh to help patients, families, healthcare providers, insurers, and referring physicians across Saudi Arabia access its specialized medical services.

The Arabic- and English-speaking office will assist patients in scheduling appointments at Mayo Clinic's campuses in Rochester, Minnesota; Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; and Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London, as per an official press release. It will also provide free support with travel and accommodation arrangements, billing and insurance inquiries, and appointment coordination, although it will not deliver medical care.

The office also supports healthcare providers and insurers seeking to collaborate with Mayo Clinic and facilitate patient referrals. It joins the organization's global network of 20 representative offices across Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Asia, further strengthening its presence in the region and improving access to advanced specialized care.
