Doha – Sharikat Mubasher: Qatar-based Rasmal Ventures, an institutionally backed investment firm, invested in Yuno’s $45 million Series B round as the payments infrastructure company expands its presence across the Gulf.
As per a recent press release, the round was led by Global PayTech Ventures, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, QuantumLight Capital, Monashees, Kaszek and Endeavor Catalyst. Rasmal joined alongside GrowthX Capital and Abu Dhabi-based Further Ventures.
Yuno, an AI-native payments infrastructure platform, provides businesses with access to more than 1,000 payment methods and over 460 integrations across 190 countries through a single API. Its platform offers intelligent payment routing, one-click checkout and AI-powered fraud detection.
The investment comes as Yuno strengthens its regional footprint. The company has established its regional office in Qatar and, in April 2026, Yuno Payments Arabia received Payment Technical Service Provider certification from the Saudi Central Bank. Its partnership with Tap Payments also provides access to local payment rails including Mada, KNET and NAPS across the GCC, while a partnership with Tabby connects Yuno to more than 25 million shoppers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The investment is part of Rasmal’s broader strategy to connect Gulf markets with international innovation across MENA, Türkiye and Asia.
