Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: PIF-owned AI company HUMAIN and Reflection AI lab agreed to deploy Reflection’s models on HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

The collaboration, unveiled at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, will initially focus on making Reflection’s first generally available model accessible through infrastructure based in the Kingdom following its expected release later this year.

The deployment is designed to give customers in Saudi Arabia and the wider region access to advanced AI capabilities through sovereign infrastructure, while creating a foundation for broader cooperation in sovereign AI, model customization and enterprise deployment.

The companies also plan to explore using HUMAIN’s computing capacity for Reflection’s future model training and inference requirements.

HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin said the partnership could help bring advanced open models to Saudi Arabia and enable their customization for real-world applications.

Meanwhile, Reflection AI CEO and Co-Founder Misha Laskin said combining Reflection’s models and infrastructure software with HUMAIN’s compute platform could support the development of sovereign AI capabilities in the Kingdom and beyond.

The fifth edition of LEAP 2026 runs from 31 August to 3 September at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh.

The event is expected to attract more than 1,000 global speakers and experts, 1,800 technology companies, 600 startups and 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s growing role as a hub for technology and innovation.
